摘要
战略性新兴产业是经济社会发展的重要力量。基于2013—2022年福建省本科高校申请的专利数据,从专利申请趋势、法律状态、维持年限、专利申请人、专利转让及价值度等多个角度进行分析,了解高校对战略性新兴产业发展创新的驱动作用。研究表明,福建省本科高校近10年在战略性新兴产业领域科技创新活跃,对各产业发展贡献不均衡,产学研合作程度低,高价值专利及转让率低。建议高校“学科链-创新链-产业链”协同布局、深化产学研合作、以需求为导向开展技术研发、完善专利服务系统等,以提升高校战略性新兴产业服务能力和水平。
Strategic emerging industries are an important force for the economic and social development.Based on the patent data applied by universities in Fujian Province from 2013 to 2022,this study analyzes the driving role of universities in the development and innovation of strategic emerging industries from multiple perspectives,including patent application trends,legal status,maintenance period,patent applicants,patent transfers,and value.The research shows that universities in Fujian Province have been active in scientific and technological innovation in strategic emerging industries in the past 10 years,with uneven contributions to the development of various industries,low levels of industry university research cooperation,and low rates of high-value patents and transfers.It is suggested that universities should coordinate the layout of“discipline chain-innovation chain-industry chain”,deepen industry university research cooperation,conduct technology research and development guided by demand,and improve patent service systems to enhance the service capabilities and levels of strategic emerging industries in universities.
