摘要
目的:通过2个阶段、为期10周的体能训练,探究功能性体能训练对优秀网球运动员身体素质的影响。方法:采用文献资料法、实证研究法、数理统计法对运动员体能测试成绩进行分析,设计并实施相应的体能训练计划。结果:经过2个阶段、为期10周的功能性体能训练,运动员的六角跳、史密斯卧推、过顶前抛实心球、10 m冲刺成绩显著提升(P<0.01),握力略有提升,蜘蛛跑与体前屈成绩无显著性变化。结论:依据项目特点与运动员身体机能状态设计的功能性体能训练对提升运动员身体素质具有显著效果。
Objective:To explore the impact of functional physical training on the physical fitness of excellent tennis players by 10-week physical training in two stages.Method:The literature method,empirical research method and mathematical statistics method were used to analyze the physical fitness test results of players,and the corresponding physical fitness training plan was designed and implemented.Result:After 10-week functional physical training in the 2 stages,players'performance in the hexagonal jump,Smith bench press,solid ball throwing before the top and ten-meter sprint was improved significantly(P<0.01),their grip strength was slightly improved,and there was no significant change in their performance of the spider run and trunk flexion.Conclusion:Functional training that is designed according to the characteristics of the event and the physical performance status of players has a significant effect on improving the physical fitness of players.
