摘要
为了实现装配式建筑部品构件标准的多样化组合,创建部品构件模型库,应用BIM技术对照标准设计的主要内容,明确模型精度要求和标准化管理水平,满足设计要求应有的数量和各种部品构件模型,并对各种部品构件进行归类,按模型编码规则给予分类,再赋予二维码识别信号,使得装配式住宅设计效率有了极大的提高。
In order to realize the diversified combination of prefabricated building component standards and create the component model library,this paper applies BIM technology to the main contents of the standard design,and clarifies the requirements of model precision and standardized management level,to meet the design requirements of the number of components and various components model.Various components are classified according to model coding rules,and then given QR code recognition signals,which greatly improves the efficiency of prefabricated residential design.
