摘要
调研深圳南头古城更新中,市政设施改善、结构加固、机电设备升级等技术手段对建筑性能的提升作用,以8座建筑为典型案例,结合对建筑、结构与设备施工图的精读,分析结构加固和设备引入的具体技术措施,及其对建筑空间、建筑内外界面和构造设计的影响,剖析技术如何在更新改造中重塑建筑。
This paper investigates the role of technology in reshaping buildings during the renovation of Nantou Old Town,Shenzhen,in terms of municipal infrastructure improvement,structural reinforcement,and mechanical and electrical equipment upgrade.It uses eight typical buildings as case studies,and closely examines the architectural,structural,and equipment construction drawings,to analyze the specific technical measures implemented through structural reinforcement and equipment installation,and the impact of the measures on building space,interior and exterior surfaces,and structural design,revealing how technology reshapes buildings in the renovation projects.
