摘要
为适应军队院校改革背景下通信信号分析人才培养的需求,在对通信信号分析实践课训练效果不佳、课堂氛围压抑、成绩评定困难等问题进行分析的基础上,以提升训练效果为目标,探索了虚实结合的教学方法,以营造积极的课堂氛围为目标,探索了PBL-TBL结合的教学方法,以发挥成绩评定的激励、引导、评价功能为目标,探索了“理论—模拟—实践”三维成绩评定方法。实践结果表明,所述的教学改革探索与实践大幅提高了训练效率,营造了良好的课堂氛围,提高了考核的公平公正性,可为实践类课程教学改革提供参考。
Under the background of military academy reform,the demand for communication signal analysis talents has surged.However,the practical course of communication signal analysis has problems such as poor training effectiveness,suppressed classroom atmosphere,and difficulty in evaluating grades.We have explored a teaching method that combines actual equipment and simulated data with the goal of improving training effectiveness,a teaching method that combines PBL and TBL with the goal of creating a positive classroom atmosphere,a three-dimensional performance evaluation method of“theory simulation practice”with the goal of leverage the function of assessment,such as motivation,guidance,and evaluation.The practical results show that the exploration and practice of teaching reform have significantly improved training efficiency,created a good classroom atmosphere,and improved the fairness and impartiality of assessment,which can provide reference for the teaching reform of practical courses.
