产业韧性、绿色创新对制造业耦合发展的影响——基于全球价值链协调视角 被引量:4

The Impact ofIndustrial Resilience and Green Innovation on the Coupling Development of Manufacturing Industry:A Perspective of GVC Coordination

摘要 耦合发展是经济高质量发展和创新驱动的内在动力。基于全球价值链(GVC)协调视角,选取2017-2022年制造业时序数据,采用熵权法、耦合协调模型、超效率SBM模型和多元回归等方法,探讨产业韧性、绿色创新对制造业耦合发展的影响。研究表明:中国制造业已逐渐从初级协调进入中高级协调发展阶段;产业韧性、绿色创新对制造业耦合发展有显著促进作用;贸易摩擦强化产业韧性与制造业耦合发展关系;突发疫情冲击阻碍制造业耦合发展过程。研究结果有利于丰富制造业耦合发展量化测度和前因研究,为制造业耦合发展与创新治理提供依据。 The coupling development of industry can effectively improve factor efficiency,synergy efficiency,and innovation efficiency against diverse adversities,thus promoting the quality of industrial structure and development.However,there have been differences in the transformation direction,progress,and effectiveness of subsystems within the manufacturing industry,which may lead to imbalanced industrial coupling.According to the present research,industrial resilience and green innovation are two key drivers for the manufacturing industry to achieve coupling development.An industry with strong resilience can effectively mitigate adversity pressure through self-recovery and self-adjustment mechanisms,and actively improve its resilience status through self-learning,thereby promoting industrial coupling evolution.Green innovation not only advocates the value recognition of environmental and social responsibilities but also establishes mechanisms for assigning meaning and deepening consensus on partner interests,thereby promoting a benign ecological competition pattern within the industry,expanding stakeholder networks,and standardizing ecological technology constraints.Additionally,it generates innovation spillover benefits and facilitates the evolution of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the status quo of industrial coupling development in Chinese manufacturing and reveal the mechanisms,paths,and impacts of influencing variables to provide decision-making support for industrial coupling development and governance.This study utilizes data from the overall manufacturing industry between 2017 and 2022,employing various econometric tools and methods to analyze the level of coupling development in the Chinese manufacturing industry over the past five years.It also discusses the impact of industrial resilience and green innovation,as well as the moderating effects of trade frictions.Firstly,by measuring coupling with a coupling coordination model for the manufacturing industry's value chain structure,it is found that the Chinese manufacturing industry has gradually moved out of the primary coordination state and entered the intermediate-high coordination development stage.Secondly,using super-efficiency SBM,the entropy weight method,and multiple regression analysis,the study reveals that industrial resilience and green innovation have positive impacts on the coupling development of the manufacturing industry.Trade frictions enhance the relationship between industrial resilience and the coupling development of manufacturing industry.Furthermore,the sudden impact of the pandemic hindered the development process of manufacturing industry coupling,resulting in a sharp downturn and rebound in the curve in early 2020.Finally,robustness tests are conducted by changing weighting measurement methods,sub-sample regression tests,and altering econometric model settings,and the above conclusions remain valid.This study contributes in three main aspects.Firstly,it introduces the concept of"coupling development of manufacturing industry"from the perspective of GVC collaboration,differentiating it from the traditional coupling research model of the"three chains".This expands and deepens the connotation of industrial coupling development.Secondly,it explores the theoretical mechanisms and important influencing factors of coupling development of manufacturing industry,revealing the deep-seated issues in coupling development and enriching existing research conclusions.Finally,it includes trade frictions as a moderating context in the analysis framework,adding practical relevance to the external impact on the coupling development of industry,and providing a real-world basis for optimizing industrial trade policies.Management insights are provided on how to effectively promote the coupling development in the manufacturing industry.Firstly,efforts should be made to build industrial resilience and security.There is a need to actively integrate into the international circulation mechanism,expand domestic demand and the demand for high-end products,enhance the supply chain system of the industry chain,and cultivate a group of high-quality leading enterprises to drive the synergy of the industry chain upstream and downstream.Secondly,comprehensive support should be given to introduce green innovation technical talents,improve financing incentives for green innovation,promote green tax reform,enhance the environmental information disclosure system,and establish effective supervision of clean production.Finally,a rational and prudent approach should be taken when handling trade friction disputes.At the macro-level,a cautious and vigilant attitude toward trade frictions should be maintained,bilateral communication and consultation mechanisms should be established,and the advantages of countries along the"Belt and Road"should be leveraged to actively expand and cultivate emerging markets.At the micro-level,companies should establish more information cooperation platforms,improve knowledge and technological innovation efficiency,and enhance their adaptability to trade frictions.
