摘要
目的探讨心理弹性在精神分裂症患者康复期自我管理能力与病情之间的关系,为促进康复提供护理对策。方法选取2022年10月至2023年2月在山东省戴庄医院精神科病房收治的245例康复期住院精神分裂症患者,采用中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表、精神分裂症患者自我管理量表和精神护理观察量表对其进行调查,采用Pearson相关性分析和中介效应分析方法分析三者之间的关系。结果精神分裂症患者心理弹性量表总分为(55.05±6.72)分,精神分裂症患者自我管理量表总分为(64.67±7.67)分,精神护理观察量表总分为(31.13±10.05)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,心理弹性与自我管理能力呈正相关性(r=0.925,P<0.01),心理弹性与病情呈负相关(r=-0.965,P<0.01),自我管理能力与病情呈负相关(r=-0.898,P<0.01),心理弹性在自我管理能力和病情之间的中介效应为0.085,占总效应的9.2%。结论心理弹性是康复期精神分裂症患者自我管理能力与病情影响因素,能够在自我管理能力与病情之间起中介作用,提高心理弹性水平有助于改善精神分裂症患者的病情。
Objective To explore the relationship between psychological resilience and self-management ability and state of illness in patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation,and to provide nursing strategies for promoting rehabilitation.Methods A total of 245 inpatients with schizophrenia who were in convalescence in the psychiatric ward of Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from October 2022 to February 2023 were selected.They were surveyed using conner davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)schizophrenia self-management instrument scale(SSMIS)and Nursing Observation Rating Scale(NORS).The relationship between the three was analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and intermediary effect analysis.Results The total score of the Psychological Resilience Scale for Schizophrenic Patients was(55.05±6.72)scores,the total score of the Self-Management Scale for Schizophrenic Patients was(64.67±7.67)scores,and the total score of the Mental Nursing Observation Scale was(31.13±10.05)scores.The Pearson correlation analysis results showed a positive correlation between psychological resilience and self-management ability(r=0.925,P<0.01),a negative correlation between psychological resilience and state of illness(r=-0.965,P<0.01),and a negative correlation between self-management ability and state of illness(r=-0.898,P<0.01).The mediating effect of psychological resilience between self-management ability and state of illness was 0.085,accounting for 9.2%of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological resilience is a factor that affects the self-management ability and state of illness in patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.It can play a mediating role between self-management ability and condition,and improving the level of psychological resilience can help improve the state of illness in patients with schizophrenia.
