摘要
目的:应用超声QQ技术的血管内中膜分析技术(QIMT)和血管弹性定量计数(QAS)方法,评价清肝化痰方对高血压前期(PHT)受试者的颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及双侧颈总动脉弹性参数的影响。方法:从北京中医药大学第三附属医院的健康体检人群中招募PHT受试者15例,予以清肝化痰方进行为期3个月治疗,比较治疗前后诊室血压以及超声QQ技术测定的双侧颈总动脉IMT及扩张性系数(DC)、顺应性系数(CC)、硬度指数(α、β)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)等弹性指数以及生化指标。结果:治疗后,受试者的收缩压、舒张压、颈总动脉IMT明显降低(P<0.01),双侧颈总动脉弹性参数均明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗后,受试者的血尿酸、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:清肝化痰方能通过改善血管弹性起到调节、平稳血压的作用。
Objective:The effects of Qinggan Huatan decoction on common carotid artery intima-media(IMT)and bilateral common carotid artery elasticity parameters in prehypertensive(PHT)subjects were evaluated by means of quality intima-media thickness(QIMT)and quantitative artery stiffness(QAS).Methods:Fifteen PHT subjects were recruited from healthy physical examination population and treated with Qinggan Huatan decoction for 3 months.The blood pressure in the examination room,the thickness of common carotid IMT,the distensibility coefficient(DC),compliance coefficient(CC),stiffness index(α,β),pulse wave velocity(PWV),and other elastic indexes were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the subjects′systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and common carotid artery IMT decreased(P<0.01),and the elastic parameters of both common carotid arteries improved(P<0.01).After treatment,serum uric acid,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Qinggan Huatan decoction can regulate and stabilize blood pressure by improving blood vessel elasticity.
