摘要
目的分析在痰湿体质早期2型糖尿病患者中予以中医治未病治疗对血糖水平的调节作用。方法研究对象均选自我院医治的痰湿体质早期2型糖尿病患者,共40例,选取时间范围在2020年3月至2020年12月期间。通过随机数字表法进行分组,其中20例采取常规基础治疗(对照组),主要为二甲双胍;另20例采取中医治未病治疗(观察组)。在治疗前和治疗后采集两组患者静脉血液样本,测定空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖以及糖化血红蛋白血糖水平的变化;对比两组患者临床效果的差异。结果治疗后对比,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖以及糖化血红蛋白血糖水平均低于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。对比两组患者治疗总有效率,观察组相较对照组明显更高,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医治未病思想应用于痰湿体质早期2型糖尿病患者的治疗中,能够对血糖水平起到良好的调节作用,治疗效果明显,值得广泛开展。
Objective To analyze the regulatory effect of TCM preventive treatment on blood glucose level in patients with early type 2 diabetes mellitus of phlegm dampness constitution.Methods The subjects were selected from 40 patients with early type 2 diabetes of phlegm dampness constitution treated in our hospital.The time range was from March 2020 to December 2020.According to the random number table method,20 cases were treated with conventional basic treatment(control group),mainly Metformin;the other 20 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine(observation group).Venous blood samples were collected before and after treatment to determine the changes of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin blood glucose levels;the differences of clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM preventive treatment in the treatment of early type 2 diabetic patients with phlegm dampness constitution can play a good role in regulating blood glucose level,and the treatment effect is obvious,which is worthy of extensive development.
