摘要
在“双高计划”引领下,高职院校科研职责被进一步明确,提高高职院校教师科研能力是高职院校实现内涵式发展的一项重要建设任务。文章通过问卷调研高职院校学报编辑,了解高职院校学报办刊情况、校内教师来稿情况及校内来稿处理情况,发现校内优稿偏少、部分编辑处理校内来稿能力不足、高职院校学报办刊投入不够,提出高职院校教师科研素养培育措施,以期更好地发挥高职院校学报的人才培育作用,提升高职院校教师的科研素养。
Under the guidance of the"double high Plan",the scientific research responsibilities of higher vocational colleges have been further clarified.Improving the scientific research ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important construction task for the realization of connotative development of higher vocational colleges.Through questionnaire survey on editors of journals of higher vocational colleges,this paper finds out the basic situation of journals of higher vocational colleges,the situation of teachers´contributions and the situation of editors´handling of the contributions,and finds that the quality of the contributions of teachers is not good,the ability of editors to handle the contributions of teachers is insufficient,and the investment in running the journals is insufficient.This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the measures to cultivate the scientific research quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.In order to better play the role of higher vocational journal in cultivating talents,and improve the scientific research quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
