摘要
目的探讨L-赖氨酸联合HMB对晚期结直肠癌患者食欲下降及营养不良治疗的疗效观察。方法选取2021年1月-2023年6月就诊于江阴市人民医院的晚期结直肠癌患者52例,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=22)。观察组在常规饮食指导和(或)肠内营养制剂的基础上添加L-赖氨酸和HMB。对照组仅给予常规饮食指导和(或)肠内营养制剂。连续治疗2个月后,观察食欲评分、BMI、PG-SGA、外周血白蛋白、前白蛋白、FFM、LBM、SMM的变化,探讨L-赖氨酸联合HMB对晚期结直肠癌患者食欲下降及营养不良治疗的疗效。结果通过添加L-赖氨酸+HMB进行营养治疗2个月,食欲评分、BMI、PG-SGA、外周血白蛋白、前白蛋白、FFM、LBM、SMM均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善明显。结论通过在口服营养补充基础上添加了L-赖氨酸和HMB,增进了患者食欲,调节了氨基酸代谢,促进了蛋白质合成,改善了营养状况,减少了肌减少症的发生,对晚期结直肠癌患者食欲下降及营养不良有治疗价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of L-lysine combined with HMB on appetite loss and malnutrition in patients with advanced colorectal cancer on the basis of oral nutritional supplement.Methods Fifty-two patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to Jiangyin People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=22).Nutritional treatment was performed by adding L-lysine+HMB on the basis of conventional dietary guidance and(or)enteral nutrition preparations.The changes of appetite score,BMI,PG-SGA,peripheral blood albumin,prealbumin,FFM,LBM and SMM were observed.To explore the therapeutic effect of L-lysine combined with HMB on appetite loss and malnutrition in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Results After 2 months of nutritional treatment with L-lysine+HMB,the food appetite score,BMI,PGSGA,peripheral blood albumin,prealbumin,FFM,LBM and SMM were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group.Conclusion Adding L-lysine and HMB on the basis of oral nutritional supplement can improve patients’appetite,regulate amino acid metabolism,promote protein synthesis,improve nutritional status,reduce the occurrence of sarcomenia,and have therapeutic value for appetite loss and malnutrition in advanced colon cancer patients.
