摘要
目的利用PDCA管理工具提升中药饮片处方质量,促进医院药学质量管理持续改进。方法将PDCA质量控制管理前2018年8月1日-2019年1月31日期间随机抽取每月一周的处方共6930张作为对照组;PDCA质量控制管理后2019年2月1日-2019年7月31日期间随机抽取每月一周处方7075张作为观察组,共计14005张处方作为研究对象。评价2组不规范处方、不适宜处方和超常处方的检出及质量改善情况。结果对照组共检出不合理处方867张(12.51%),其中不规范处方710张(10.24%),不适宜处方78张(1.13%),超常处方79张(1.14%);观察组检出不合理处方244张(3.45%),其中不规范处方154张(2.18%),不适宜处方52张(0.73%);超常处方38张(0.54%)。2组比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论PDCA管理模式可以有效提高中药饮片处方质量,促进了中药饮片处方信息化程度,推进了处方点评制度的完善,在处方质量管理中具有较好的应用价值。
Objectives This study aims to use PDCA management tools to improve the quality of Chinese herbal pieces to promote the continuous improvement of hospital pharmacy quality management.Methods A total of 6,930 prescriptions per week were randomly selected from August 1,2018,to January 31,2019,before the implementation of PDCA quality control management,serving as the control group.Following the introduction of PDCA quality control management,7,075 prescriptions per week were randomly selected from February 1,2019,to July 31,2019,forming the observation group.In total,14,005 prescriptions were included in the study.The detection and quality improvement of irregular prescriptions,inappropriate prescriptions and abnormal prescriptions in the two groups were evaluated.Results A total of 867 unreasonable prescriptions(12.51%)were detected in the control group,including 710 irregular prescriptions(10.24%),78 inappropriate prescriptions(1.13%),and 79 abnormal prescriptions(1.14%).The observation group detected 244 unreasonable prescriptions(3.45%),including 154 irregular prescriptions(2.18%),52 inappropriate prescriptions(0.73%),and 38 abnormal prescriptions(0.54%).When comparing the two groups,statistically significant differences were observed,with a p-value of less than 0.05.Conclusions The PDCA management model can effectively improve the quality of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine pieces,promote the informatization of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine pieces,promote the improvement of the prescription evaluation system,and has good application value in prescription quality management.
