摘要
以生物化学课程基础理论教学中Henderson-Hasselbalch方程的教学为例,对其教学内容和教学方法进行改革,深入挖掘该方程在多种实践及工程中的应用,尝试在教学中扩展其实践与应用的讲解。结果表明,通过对该方程实践与应用深入细致地讲解,能使学生更好地理解和掌握该方程,有效夯实学生对该理论知识的理解和掌握,同时能提高学生应用该方程思考实际问题并做出理性判断的能力。
In this article taking the teaching of the Henderson Hasselbalch equation in the basic theory of biochemistry for example,we reform its teaching content and methods,and deeply explore the application of this equation in various practices and engineering,and try to expand its explanation of practice and application in teaching.The results show that students can better understand and master the equation,effectively consolidate their understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge,and improve their ability to apply the equation to think about practical problems and make rational judgments through in-depth and detailed explanation of the practice and application of the equation.
