摘要
目的分析急性白血病伴感染患者血清白介素6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平变化及其与感染严重程度的相关性。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的82例急性白血病患者,按是否合并感染分为感染组(30例)和非感染组(52例),另将感染组按照感染严重程度不同分为轻度组(19例)、重度组(11例)。对比各组血清IL-6、PCT水平,分析其与急性白血病伴感染患者感染严重程度的相关性。结果感染组血清IL-6、PCT水平均高于非感染组(P<0.05)。重度组血清IL-6、PCT水平高于轻度组(P<0.05)。经Kendall'stau-b相关性检验显示,血清IL-6、PCT水平与急性白血病伴感染患者感染严重程度呈正相关(r=0.785、0.615,P=0.000、0.000)。结论急性白血病伴感染患者血清IL-6、PCT水平明显升高,且二者表达水平与患者感染严重程度呈明显正相关。
Objective To analyze the changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in patients with acute leukemia complicated with infection and the correlation with infection severity.Methods 82 patients with acute leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into infection group(30 cases)and non-infection group(52 cases)according to whether they were complicated with infection.In addition,the infection group was divided into mild group(19 cases)and severe group(1l cases)according to the infection severity.The serum IL-6 and PCT levels were compared among groups,and the correlation with the infection severity in patients with acute leukemia complicated with infection was analyzed.Results The serum IL-6 and PCT levels of the infection group were higher than those of the non-infection group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and PCT levels of the severe group were higher than those of the mild group(P<0.05).Kendal's tau-b corelation test showed that the serum IL-6 and PCT levels were positively correlated with the infection severity in patients with acute leukemia complicated with infection(r=0.785,0.615,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusions The serum IL-6 and PCT levels of patients with acute leukemia complicated with infection significantly increase,and the expression levels are significantly positively correlated with the infection severity.
