摘要
目的 研究骨科创伤患者创伤程度与血浆D-二聚体、血糖含量的关联性。方法 选取我院骨科2013年1月~2015年1月收治的100例骨创伤患者（实验组）,检测患者D-二聚体（D-dimer,D-D）以及血糖（glucose,Glu）的含量,并与健康人群（对照组）作比较,进一步探索骨科创伤患者创伤程度与血浆D-二聚体、血糖含量的关联性。结果 实验组研究对象创伤后第1、5、10天血浆中D-D和Glu的含量明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组研究对象创伤后第1、5天血浆中D-D和Glu的含量明显高于第10天（P〈0.05）。在第1、5、10天3个时间点,重伤和严重伤的患者血清中D-D含量明显高于轻伤患者（P值分别为0.025、0.005、0.033）,在第1、5、10天3个时间点,重伤和严重伤的患者血清中Glu含量明显高于轻伤患者（P值分别为0.021、0.001、0.018）。骨科创伤程度与血浆中D-D和Glu的含量呈正相关。结论 检测不同时间点骨科创伤患者血浆的D-D和Glu含量,可判断患者创伤的严重程度和恢复水平,对患者的预后评估起到积极作用。
Objective To study the relationship between the degree of trauma and the level of D-dimer（D-D） and blood glucose（Glu） in patients with trauma in Department of orthopedics. Methods 100 cases of bone trauma patients（experimental group） who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected. The correlation between the level of trauma and the level of D-dimer and blood glucose in patients with trauma were further explored by comparing with the healthy people（control group）. Results The contents of glucose and D-D in plasma were significantly higher than those in control group in first days, fifth days, tenth days（P〈0.05）, the contents of Glu and D-D in the plasma of the experimental group 1 day and 5 days after trauma were significantly higher than those of tenth days（P〈0.05）. At first days, fifth days and tenth days, D-D levels in patients with serious injury and severe injury were significantly higher than that in patients with minor injuries（P=0.025, 0.005, 0.033）, and the Glu levels in patients with serious injury and severe injury were significantly higher than that in patients with minor injuries（ P=0.021, 0.001 and0.018）. The level of Glu and D-D in patients with trauma were positively correlated with the degree of trauma in the Department of orthopedics. Conclusion The content of Glu and D-D in the patients with different time points were detected, and the severity and recovery level of trauma can be judged.
