摘要
目的:通过数据分析总结孟如教授辨治狼疮性肾炎的常用方药特点及应用规律。方法:运用“中医传承辅助平台”软件对孟如教授1997年以来诊治的所有狼疮性肾炎临床病例资料进行用药频数统计,组方规则分析,证候频数统计及各证候的症、药(方)及关联分析等。结果:孟如教授治疗狼疮性肾炎的基本药物以茯苓、生地黄、泽泻、山药、山茱萸、牡丹皮、麦冬、女贞子、墨旱莲、五味子等为主,组方规律分析出基本治疗方为“六味地黄丸”“二至丸”“生脉散”等;中医证候以肝肾阴虚证、气阴两虚证、阴虚内热证为主;各证候与症状、药物、方剂之间存在一定的关联性。结论:本研究客观地反映出孟如教授治疗狼疮性肾炎的辨证组方用药规律,为进一步深入研究其学术经验提供了客观的数据依据,对临床有一定的指导意义。
Objective Through data analysis the characteristics and application rules of Professor Meng Ru s commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of lupus nephritis were summarized.Method The“Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform”software was used to calculate the frequency of medication in the clinical cases of lupus nephritis diagnosed and treated by Professor Meng Ru from 1997 to 2010.Analysis of group rules,Pattern frequency statistics and symptoms,drugs(prescriptions)and correlation analysis of each syndrome.Results Professor Meng Ru s basic drugs for the treatment of lupus nephritis are mainly Poria cocos,Rehmannia rehmannia,Ze Yuan,Yam,Cornus officinalis,Peony bark,Wheat Dong,Ligustrum ligustrum,Lotus and Schisandra chinensis.It contains the composition of drugs such as“Liuwei Dihuang Pill”,“Erzhi Pill”and“Shengmaisan”;The main syndromes are liver and kidney yin deficiency pattern,qi and yin deficiency pattern,and yin deficiency and internal heat pattern,There is a certain correlation between each syndrome and symptoms,drugs,and medications.Conclusion This study objectively reflects the pattern differentiation and medication of Professor Meng Ru in the treatment of lupus nephritis.It provides a certain data basis for further in-depth study of his academic experience,and can more comprehensively and accurately inherit the experience of famous doctors.
