柔性光伏支架结构选型研究与静力性能分析 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON THE SELECTION OF FLEXIBLE PHOTOVOLTAIC MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND STATIC PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

摘要 随着光伏发电进入高速发展时期,为丰富柔性光伏支架设计,提高光伏发电系统的环境适应性,本研究提出了3种新型水上柔性光伏支架设计方案,并基于结构特点对3种柔性光伏支架结构荷载和变形容许值的取值方法进行了研究。基于竖向挠度、预应力索索力和截面应力对3种柔性光伏支架的力学性能进行了分析。基于等效用钢量的方法,对3种柔性光伏支架设计方案的成本效益进行了评估。研究表明:柔性悬索结构光伏支架主索系和次索系的挠度容许值建议分别为L/150、L/50;张弦结构光伏支架和弦支穹顶结构光伏支架主索系和次索系的挠度容许值建议分别为L/250、L/50。与其他2种柔性光伏支架相比,柔性悬索结构光伏支架的竖向挠度和索结构应力最大,外环梁截面应力最小。设计的3种柔性光伏支架预应力钢绞线和普通钢构件均满足结构安全性能要求,但柔性悬索结构光伏支架的实际等效用钢量最低,经济性最好。 With the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation,in order to enrich the design of flexible photovoltaic brackets and improve the environmental adaptability of photovoltaic power generation systems,this paper proposes three new design schemes of flexible photovoltaic brackets on water.Based on the structural characteristics,the values of the structural load and the allowable value of three flexible photovoltaic brackets were studied.Based on the vertical deflection,prestressed cable force and cross-sectional stress,the mechanical properties of three flexible photovoltaic brackets were analyzed.Based on the method of equivalent steel consumption,the cost-effectiveness of three flexible photovoltaic bracket designs was evaluated.The results show that the allowable deflection values of the main cable system and the secondary cable system of the photovoltaic support of the flexible suspension structure are L/150 and L/50,respectively,and the deflection tolerance values of the main cable system and the secondary cable system of the photovoltaic support of the tensioned string structure and the chord dome structure are L/250 and L/50,respectively.Compared with the other two flexible photovoltaic brackets,the vertical deflection and cable structure stress of the flexible suspension structure photovoltaic bracket are the largest,and the cross-section stress of the outer ring beam is the smallest.The three types of flexible photovoltaic bracket prestressed steel strands and ordinary steel components designed meet the requirements of structural safety performance,but the actual equivalent steel content of the flexible suspension structure photovoltaic bracket is the lowest and the economy is the best.
