摘要
拉索是应用于预应力空间结构中的主要受力构件,其端头热铸锚具对传力起到关键作用.目前,热铸锚具结构参数主要基于简单的理论计算并通过提高安全系数确定,经济性能较差并且可能存在一定安全隐患.基于锌铜合金材性试验结果,得到其压缩强度等力学特性,为锚杯设计奠定基础.提出了符合材料的“索端散丝-合金”简化弹性本构模型,并基于理论计算及参数化模拟方法,对热铸锚具结构进行参数优化,提出了锚杯平均壁厚、锚杯内外倾角及壁面摩擦系数等参数的工程取值建议.
Cables are the main force-bearing components used in prestressed space structures, and the hot-casting anchor sockets play a key role in the force transmission. At present, the structural parameters of hot-casting anchor sockets are mainly determined by conducting simple theoretical calculations and increasing the safety factor, which is not cost effective and there may be certain potential safety hazards. Based on the test results of zinc-copper alloy material properties, this paper obtains its compressive strength and other mechanical properties, which lays the foundation for the design of anchor cups. A simplified elastic constitutive model of “cable end loose wire-alloy” conforming to the material is proposed. Based on theoretical calculation and parametric simulation method, the parameters of the hot-casting anchor sockets are optimized, and suggested values of the average wall thickness of the anchor cup, the inner and outer inclination angle of the anchor cup and the wall frictional coefficient are proposed.
