摘要
针对家具喷涂机器人在现场编程中存在着编程效率低、调试周期长等问题。本文深入研究了家具喷涂机器人离线工作站的设计与仿真。通过家具喷涂机器人三维模型的创建、工作站的搭建、家具喷涂机器人工作站编程路径生成与优化等方面对家具喷涂机器人离线工作站进行研究,实现了离线工作站的高效喷涂作业。仿真实验验证了设计方案的可行性,提升了喷涂效率和质量,为家具制造行业的智能化发展提供了有力支持。
There are some problems in the field programming of furniture spraying robot,such as low programming efficiency and long debugging cycle.In this paper,the design and simulation of off-line workstation of furniture painting robot are deeply studied.The off-line workstation of furniture painting robot is studied through the creation of 3D model of furniture painting robot,the construction of workstation,the generation and optimization of programming path of furniture painting robot workstation,and the efficient spraying operation of off-line workstation is realized.The simulation experiment verifies the feasibility of the design scheme,improves the spraying efficiency and quality,and provides strong support for the intelligent development of the furniture manufacturing industry.
