摘要 [目的]汽车喷涂工艺调试涉及多个方面,包括工艺、设备、涂料等,传统的喷涂轨迹示教方法效率低且成本高。[方法]使用离线仿真软件对喷涂轨迹进行制作、校准和优化,以实例的形式阐述了喷幅测定、膜厚均一性调试及内外板工艺调试的过程。[结果]通过离线仿真对喷涂轨迹和工艺参数进行快速匹配与模拟运行,能够减少实车示教所需的工时,提升喷涂调试效率,实现新车型的快速导入。[结论]所总结的包括轨迹设计与编辑、喷涂轨迹校准与运行,以及工艺调试流程在内的整套汽车喷涂快速调试方法,还有针对内板工艺问题和颜色调试经验的标准化梳理,有助于从事汽车喷涂工艺调试的人员提高解决喷涂缺陷问题的效率。 [Introduction]The commissioning of automotive painting process involves many aspects,such as process,equipment,and paints.The traditional spraying trajectory teaching method is low in efficiency and high in cost.[Method]The planning,calibration,and optimization of spraying trajectory were carried out by using offline simulation software.The determination of spray fan and the commissioning of coating thickness uniformity and spraying processes for inner and outer plates were described with some cases.[Result]The rapid matching and simulation of spraying trajectory and process parameters by using offline simulation software can save man-hours required for actual vehicle teaching,and improve the commissioning efficiency,facilitating the quick introduction of a new vehicle.[Conclusion]This paper summarizes a set of rapid commissioning methods for automotive painting,including trajectory design and editing,trajectory calibration and operation,and process commissioning,and described the standardized solution to the problems of inner plate spraying process and the experiences of color commissioning.It provides references for those engaged in spraying process commissioning to improve the efficiency of solving defects.
