摘要
从国内现阶段城市群多层次轨道交通发展新要求出发,以城市群城际铁路进入主城区与市域铁路和城市轨道交通衔接,实现一体化运营为目标,深入分析城市群城际铁路的功能定位和技术特征,研究制约四网融合及互联互通的主要问题,分析现阶段运营技术标准的缺失及相关需求。基于“网络化运营、互联互通、资源共享、集约利用”的理念,提出城市群城际铁路一体化运营技术标准构建的技术路线和发展目标,同时基于工程全生命周期对实现一体化运营的互联互通技术进行系统分析,提出构建包括“互联、互通、互维、互运”的总体框架和主要技术要求。
Starting from the new requirements for the development of multi-level rail transit in urban agglomerations at present in China,with the goal of integrating urban agglomerationsintercity railways into the main urban areas and connecting with urban railways and urban rail transit,this study deeply analyzes the functional positioning and technical characteristics of intercity railways in urban agglomerations,studies the main problems that restrict the integration and interconnection of the four networks,and analyzes the lack of operational technical standards and related requirements at this stage.Based on the concept of“networked operation,interconnectivity,resource sharing,and intensive utilization”,the technical route and development goals for the construction of integrated operation technical standards for intercity railways in urban agglomerations are proposed.At the same time,a systematic analysis is conducted on the interconnectivity technology for achieving integrated operation throughout the entire lifecycle of the project,and an overall framework and main technical requirements are proposed,including“interconnection,interconnectivity,mutual maintenance,and mutual operation”.
