摘要
传统客运组织以快速疏导集中客流为目的,但在路网大面积封站情况下应用传统方法受到限制。受北京城市轨道交通疫情时期路网大面积封站但线网维持运营的启发,借鉴网络拓扑结构模型,组织区域客流集中在重点车站乘降、往返运输,可以形成逆向客运组织方式,是对运营技术的探索。该方法同样可以应用于发生突发应急事件时路网大面积封站情况下维持运营或场馆周边轨道交通车站疏散集中客流使用,为客运组织技术的发展提供思路。
The conventional passenger organization aims at quickly dredging the concentrated passenger flow.However,the application of the conventional method is limited when numerous stations in the network are closed.Inspired by the experience of Beijing rail transit during the epidemic period when numerous stations of the metro network were closed while the metro lines kept operating and using the network topological structure mode for reference,the regional passenger flow is organized to concentrately get on or off the train at the key stations with shuttle transport to form the reverse passenger organization form,which is an exploration of the operation technology.This method can also be applied to maintain operation when numerous stations of the network are closed or to evacuate the concentrated passenger flow at the rail transit stations around a venue in case of an unexpected emergency,providing a train of thought for the development of passenger organization technology.
