摘要
目的 总结分析抗贫血中成药的用药特点及组方规律。方法 检索药智网中成药数据库中治疗或改善贫血的中成药,运用Microsoft Excel 2021、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0和IBM SPSS Statistics 23等软件统计分析抗贫血中成药剂型、组方中药性味归经、使用频次,进行高频中药的关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果 检索到中成药88个,涉及中药122味,累计使用频次779次,其中有452次为补虚药,占比58.0%,多数中药性温、平,味甘,归脾经、肝经。对前20味高频中药进行关联规则分析,得到支持度最高的二联、三联、四联规则分别为“黄芪-白芍”“黄芪-熟地黄-当归”“当归-白芍-熟地黄-黄芪”。聚类分析将20味高频中药聚为2个类方。结论 抗贫血类中成药组方以黄芪、当归、党参、甘草、熟地黄等性温、平,味甘,归脾、肝经的补虚药为主,重在益气补血,同时酌情配伍清热药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、理气药、消食药等。
Objective To summarize and analyze the characteristics of anti-anemia Chinese patent medicine and the rules of prescription.Methods Search the Chinese patent medicines database for treating or improving anemia in the Chinese patent medicines database,Microsoft Excel 2021,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23 were used to analyze the dosage forms of Chinese patent medicines for anti-anemia,the properties and tastes of Chinese herbal medicines,meridian tropism and frequency of use,and to analyze the association rules and cluster analysis frequency Chinese herbal medicines.Results 88 Chinese patent medicines were retrieved,involving 122 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.452 of the cumulative use frequency of 779 were deficiency tonifying drugs,accounting for 58.0%.Most of the traditional Chinese medicines were warm,flat,sweet,spleen channel and liver channel.To analyze the association rules of the first 20 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,the two,three and four combination rules with the highest support were"astragali radix-paeoniae radix alba","astragali radix-rehmanniae radix praeparata-angelicae sinensis radix"and"angelicae sinensis radix-paeoniae radix alba-rehmanniae radix praeparata-astragali radix".Cluster analysis clustered 20 high-frequency Chinese herbal medicines into 2 categories.Conclusion Anti-anemia Chinese patent medicine formulations to astragali radix,angelicae sinensis radix,codonopsis radix,glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma,rehmanniae radix praeparata and other properties of warm,flat,sweet taste,spleen,liver meridian tonic drugs mainly,focus on supplementing qi and blood,at the same time,appropriate compatibility of heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating drugs,moistening drugs,qi drugs,digestion drugs.
