淮北平原区节水减排面临的问题和对策

摘要 分析了淮北平原旱作区的特点,开展节水减排研究,以期有效提高淮北平原地区的水资源利用效率,缓解水资源供需矛盾,减少农田面源污染排放,为保障国家粮食安全和建设水美乡村提供技术支撑。
