摘要
目前,制糖企业生产节水减排潜力很大,是一项系统工程,涉及到企业管理、技术设备的优化、新技术设备的研发和推广。本文总结了制糖企业节水减排存在的问题及制糖企业节水减排的一些创新措施,具体包括:生产中的节水措施;引进新型水处理设备、优化循环水生化处理办法等;减排创新措施:加强技术创新、废水达标排放,为今后制糖企业的节水减排提供参考。
At present,sugar enterprises have great potential to save water and reduce emissions in production,which is a systematic project,involving enterprise management,optimization of technical equipment,development and promotion of the new technology equipment.This paper summarizes the problems of water conservation and emission reduction in sugar enterprises and some innovative measures.Water conservation measures in production include introduction of new water treatment equipment,and optimization of circulating water biochemical treatment methods.Innovative measures to reduce emissions include strengthening technological innovation,and wastewater discharging to standards,which provides a reference for water conservation and emission reduction in sugar enterprises in the future.
