摘要
科技创新是推动区域经济增长、提升核心竞争力的关键因素。在《中国区域科技创新评价报告2022》基础上,对湖北省的科技创新现状进行系统梳理与分析,并提出具有针对性的对策建议。经分析可知,湖北省在区域科技创新方面,既呈现出科技创新软环境持续优化、研发投入强度居中部第一、科技活动产出快速增长等发展亮点,也存在基础研究投入不足、高新技术产业化效果不佳、科技支撑社会发展效果不优等问题。基于此,从3个方面提出对策措施:一是要采取多种措施加大基础研究投入,二是要提高高新技术产业化水平和效益,三是要充分发挥科技创新在经济社会高质量发展中的赋能作用。
Technological innovation plays a pivotal role in driving regional economic growth and enhancing competitiveness.Based on the“China Regional Science and Technology Innovation Evaluation Report 2022”,this paper aims to systematically analyze and assess the current status of technological innovation in Hubei Province,while providing targeted strategies and recommendations.Through the analysis,it can be found that in terms of regional scientific and technological innovation in Hubei,there are not only development highlights such as continuous optimization of the soft environment for scientific and technological innovation,ranked first in R&D investment in central China,and the rapid growth of scientific and technological activity output,but also problems such as insufficient investment in basic research,poor benefits of high-tech industrialization,and poor effects of science and technology supporting social development.Based on this,countermeasures are put forward from three aspects:first,we should take multiple measures to increase investment in basic scientific and technological research,second,we should improve the level and efficiency of high-tech industrialization,and third,we should give full play to the enabling role of scientific and technological innovation in high-quality economic and social development.
