摘要 ChatGPT的出现使生成式人工智能呈现出巨大发展潜力,为各行各业数字化注入了革命性和颠覆性力量。在法律服务市场领域,生成式人工智能也正在发挥潜移默化的作用。本文通过简要阐述生成式人工智能的发展变迁,明晰我国法律服务市场目前存在的问题,同时分析该技术对法律服务市场产生的积极影响与高度契合性,在此基础上,我们应当加快进程探究生成式人工智能赋能法律服务市场的实施路径,完善AI赋‘法’的相关做法,不断发展法律服务市场中的生成式人工智能技术,加速促进该技术与法律服务市场的深度融合,探索生成式人工智能与法律职业群体和谐共存之道,助力法律服务市场转型升级,顺应数字经济潮流,促进我国市场经济高质量发展。 The emergence of ChatGPT has unlocked tremendous development potential for generative AI,injecting revolutionary and disruptive forces into digitalization across various industries.In the legal services sector,generative AI is quietly exerting its influence.This paper briefly describes the development and changes of generative AI,clarifies the current issues in China's legal services market,and analyzes the positive impact of this technology on the legal services market and its high compatibility.On that basis,China should expedite the process of exploring the implementation path of generative AI empowering the legal services market,improve the relevant practices of AI empowering"law",continuously develop generative AI technologies in the legal services market,accelerate the deep integration of this technology with the legal services sector,explore harmonious coexistence between generative AI and the legal professional group,aid in the transformation and upgrade of the legal services market,align with the trend of the digital economy,and promote highquality development in China's market economy.
