摘要
为了研究浙江地区深厚软土地层地铁车站基坑的变形特征,以舟山市沈家门侧滨海深基坑工程为背景,对采用明挖顺作法施工的基坑地下水位、地表沉降和周边建筑物沉降监测成果进行分析总结。结果表明:地下水位下降主要受海边潮汐影响,周边地表和建筑物沉降受地面超载、地下连续墙渗漏影响,同时,地表沉降会导致周边建筑物产生裂缝。
In order to study the deformation characteristics of excavation of subway station in deep soft soil stratum in Zhejiang area,taking the coastal deep excavation at Shenjiamen side of Zhoushan City as the engineering background,the monitoring results of groundwater level,surface settlement and surrounding building settlement of excavation constructed by open excavation method are analyzed and summarized.The results show that the decline of groundwater level is mainly affected by seaside tides,the settlement of surrounding surface and buildings is affected by ground overloading and leakage of underground diaphragm wall,and the surface subsidence leads to cracks in the surrounding buildings.
