摘要
乳牙根管形态解剖是儿童口腔医学解剖教学中十分重要的组成部分,具有知识点多、概念繁杂、内容抽象等特点[1-2]。当前关于乳牙根管形态解剖的教学手段包括解剖图谱指导、课堂授课、Flash动画、录像教学、离体牙齿解剖实训课等,但是上述基础教学手段对学员空间构型能力有一定要求[1,3-4],部分学员无法理解相关知识,导致学员在学习本课程内容时感到有一定难度。问题导向教学法是一种以学员为中心、问题为引导方向的新型教学模式[5];可结合儿童常见口腔疾病病例或医学模型,将问题设置在特定环境中,通过学员自主学习和教师引导逐步解决当前提出的问题[5-6]。
