摘要
民营经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,是推动经济高质量发展的重要载体。民营经济高质量发展存在历史必然性:适应生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动、适应社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求、是总结历史经验的必然要求。民营经济高质量发展面临的主要问题:即市场困境、融资困境、转型困境、政策困境。需守正创新,破解市场困境、多管齐下,破解融资困境、转换增长动力,破解转型困境、管服并举,破解政策困境等措施,着力推动民营经济高质量发展。
The private economy is an important part of the socialist market economy,and an important carrier to promote the high-quality economic development in China.The high-quality development of private economy has historical inevitability:adapting to the contradictory movement of productive forces and production relations,adapting to the inevitable requirements of the development of socialist market economy,and summing up historical experience.The main problems facing the high-quality development of private economy are:market dilemma,fi nancing dilemma,transformation dilemma and policy dilemma.To this end,it is necessary to adhere to the right innovation,crack the market dilemma,multipronged measures,crack the fi nancing dilemma,transform the growth momentum,crack the transformation dilemma,take management and service simultaneously,crack the policy dilemma,and strive to promote the high-quality development of the private economy.
