刮板输送机变频驱动的设计及研究

摘要 某矿刮板输送机驱动系统存在首尾电动机功率不平衡的问题,导致系统整体安全性和运行效率低。为此,提出基于电流平均值的直接转矩控制系统的优化驱动方案,以实现刮板输送机启动阶段的功率平衡及变频控制。与传统恒速运行相比,在优化驱动模式下,刮板输送机可实现带速与载荷的最优匹配,且在满载、非满载运行下,每年可节约费用34.4万元,大幅降低了生产成本。 The drive system of a scraper conveyor in a certain mine has the problem of unbalanced power of the head and tail motors,resulting in low overall safety and operational efficiency of the system.Therefore,it is proposed to design an optimized driving scheme using a direct torque control system based on the average current value to achieve power balance and frequency conversion control during the starting stage of the scraper conveyor.Compared with traditional constant speed operation,under optimized driving mode,the scraper conveyor can achieve the optimal match between belt speed and coal load capacity.Moreover,under full load and non full load operation,it can save 344000 yuan in costs annually,significantly reducing production costs.
