摘要
本文以山西离柳焦煤集团兑镇煤矿刮板输送机为例,对自动张紧装置在控制刮板输送机刮板链的弹性伸长方面存在的反应速度慢、调节性能差的问题进行了分析研究,采用基于遗传算法的PID优化方法对刮板输送机的自动张紧系统进行优化,结果表明优化后的液压控制系统对刮板输送机因启动时输送链松弛导致的脱落、跑偏事故率降低了85%以上。
Taking the scraper conveyor in Duizhen Coal Mine of Liliu Coking Coal Group of Shanxi Province as an example,the problems of slow reaction speed and poor regulation performance of automatic tensioning device in controlling the elastic elongation of scraper chain of scraper conveyor are analyzed and studied.The automatic tensioning system of scraper conveyor is optimized by PID optimization method based on Genetic algorithm.The results show that the optimized hydraulic control system is effective.The system reduces the accident rate of falling off and deviation of scraper conveyor caused by the loosening of conveyor chain during start-up by more than 85%.
