摘要
在把握“两山”理念、乡村生态振兴的理论基础,厘清“两山”理念同乡村生态振兴的逻辑关系,挖掘“两山”理念在乡村生态振兴实践中的价值意蕴的基础上,以宝鸡市太白县为例,太白县在乡村生态振兴实践中将“绿水青山”转化为“金山银山”取得实质性成效,且积累一些典型性做法。但在推进“两山”转化进程中仍存在着一些制约当地发展的现实问题。全面推进乡村生态振兴,打通和优化“两山”转化通道,就须在治理主体协同、治理监督、文化铸魂等方面寻求解决方案,为推动太白县乡村生态振兴提供创新路径,为其他地区乃至全国建设美丽乡村提供经验借鉴。
Based on the theoretical basis of"two mountains"concept and rural ecological revitalization,clarifying the logical relationship between"two mountains"concept and rural ecological revitalization,and excavating the value implication of"two mountains"concept in the practice of rural ecological revitalization,this paper takes Taibai County,Baoji City as an example.In the practice of rural ecological revitalization,Taibai County has achieved substantial results and accumulated some typical practices in transforming"lush mountains with lucid waters"into"invaluable assets".However,there are still some practical problems restricting local development in the process of promoting the transformation of"two mountains".To promote the transformation of"two mountains"in an all-round way,and to open and optimize the transformation channel of"two mountains",it is necessary to seek solutions in the aspects of governance subject coordination,governance supervision,and cultural soul,so as to provide an innovative path for promoting the rural ecological revitalization of Taibai County and provide experience for the construction of beautiful villages in other regions and even the whole country.
