摘要
工匠精神融入技工院校思政课,着重培育学生的工匠精神,有助于学生成长成才,对培养学生良好的职业素养具有重要意义,能满足国家和社会对高素质技能人才的需求。文章致力于探究工匠精神融入技工院校思政课教学的实践路径,提出可从提高思政教师的工匠精神素养、以本地工匠资源充盈思政教学、加强工匠精神思政实践教学、工匠精神学习效果成果化等方面作出努力。
The integration of craftsmanship spirit into ideological and political courses in technical colleges,with a focus on cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit,helps them grow and become talents,and is of great significance in cultivating good professional qualities.To meet the needs of the country and society for high-quality skilled talents,this article is committed to exploring the practical path of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into ideological and political education in technical colleges.It proposes that efforts can be made to improve the craftsmanship spirit literacy of ideological and political teachers,enrich ideological and political education with local craftsman resources,strengthen the practical teaching of craftsmanship spirit and ideological education,and achieve results in the learning of craftsmanship spirit.
