摘要
人才是攻克“卡脖子”技术、支持新质生产力发展的关键环节。突破“卡脖子”技术对于发展新质生产力具有重要意义。在此基础上,本文将“卡脖子”技术人才分为破解“脑脖子”技术的科学巨擘、破解“手脖子”技术的技术先锋和破解“脚脖子”技术的能工巧匠三个层次,讨论了“卡脖子”技术人才培养路径,并进一步分析高校“卡脖子”技术人才培养的目标及课程设计。
Talent is the key link in overcoming"Key&Core Technology"and supporting the development of new quality productive forces.Breaking through"Key&Core Technology"is of great importance for the development of new quality productive forces.This article divides"Key&Core Technology"talents into three levels:scientific giants who crack"brain neck"technology,technical pioneers who crack"hand neck"technology,and skilled craftsmen who crack"foot neck"technology.It then discusses the training path of"Key&Core Technology"talents,and further analyzes the goals and curriculum design of"Key&Core Technology"talent training in colleges and universities.
