摘要
目的分析参附注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并心力衰竭患者的效果。方法选取新沂市中医医院于2021年1月—2023年8月收治的78例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组使用常规治疗,观察组使用常规治疗+参附注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心功能及心肌酶水平。结果观察组总有效率(94.87%)高于对照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05)。观察组左心室射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量、心脏排血指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论参附注射液联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭患者效果佳,可提高疗效,改善心功能,降低心肌酶表达。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shenfu injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure treated in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as study objects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group were treated with conventional treatment plus Shenfu injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function and myocardial enzyme level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(94.87%)was higher than that of control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume,cardiac output,cardiac output index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase MB in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule is effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,which can improve the curative effect,improve heart function and reduce myocardial enzyme expression.
