摘要
目的 探究于冠心病治疗中他汀类联合心血管药物治疗有效性分析。方法 研究选取我院心内科收治的冠心病患者进行平行比对,病例选取时间为2018年1月至2019年12月,共计110例,采用双色球数列分布均分病例,一组予以常规心血管药物治疗,设为参照组,一组联合他汀类药物治疗,设为观察组,分析药物有效性。结果 观察组疗效判定无效及恶化2例,有效性96.36%,参照组疗效判定无效及恶化11例,有效性80.0%,行统计分析,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 他汀类联合心血管药物治疗方案于冠心病治疗中具有显著疗效。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of statins combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods The study selected coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital for parallel comparison.The case selection period was from January 2018 to December 2019.A total of 110 cases were adopted.The two-color ball series was equally distributed.The drug treatment was set as the reference group,and a group combined with statin treatment was set as the observation group to analyze the drug effectiveness.Results In the observation group,the efficacy judgment was invalid and worse in 2 cases,and the effectiveness was 96.36%.In the reference group,the efficacy judgment was invalid and worse in 11 cases,and the effectiveness was 80.0%.Statistical analysis showed that the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Statins combined with cardiovascular drugs have a significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
