摘要
目的探讨抗苗勒管激素(AMH)联合性激素评估不孕症患者卵巢功能的价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月舟山市普陀区人民医院收治的不孕症患者180例为研究对象,采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查窦卵泡数,根据检测结果判断卵巢储备功能,卵巢储备功能正常为对照组(80例),卵巢储备功能下降为研究组(100例)。对比两组患者血清AMH、性激素水平,分析AMH、性激素评估不孕症患者卵巢功能的价值。结果对照组AMH、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平分别为(5.29±2.51)ng/ml、(7.37±1.18)IU/L、(3.09±0.95)IU/L、(223.32±13.64)pmol/L;研究组AMH、FSH、LH、E2水平分别为(1.44±1.08)ng/ml、(5.20±1.03)IU/L、(2.11±0.52)IU/L、(20.31±3.50)pmol/L。与对照组相比,研究组AMH、FSH、LH、E2水平均降低,差异均有统计学意义(t=13.850,13.160,8.802,51.632,均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组AMH、FSH、LH、E2阳性检出率均较高(均P<0.05)。与AMH单一检测相比,AMH与性激素联合检测评估不孕症患者卵巢功能的价值较高。结论AMH联合性激素对不孕症患者的卵巢功能有一定评估价值。
Objective To explore the value of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and sex hormones for ovarian function evaluation in infertile patients.Methods A total of 180 infertility patients admitted to People's Hospital of Putuo District from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as study subjects.The number of sinus follicles was examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and ovarian reserve function was judged according to the test results.The cases with normal ovarian reserve function were enrolled into control group(80 cases),and the cases with ovarian reserve function decrease were enrolled into study group(100 cases).The clinical levels of AMH and sex hormones in the two groups were compared,and the value of AMH and sex hormones for ovarian function evaluation in infertile patients was analyzed.Results The levels of AMH,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E2)in control group were(5.29±2.51)ng/ml,(7.37±1.18)IU/L,(3.09±0.95)IU/L,and(223.32±13.64)pmol/L,respectively;the evels of AMH,FSH,LH,and E2 in study group were(1.44±1.08)ng/ml,(5.20±1.03)IU/L,(2.11±0.52)IU/L,and(20.31±3.50)pmol/L,respectively.Compared with control group,the levels of AMH,FSH,LH,and E2 in study group decreased,there were statistically significant differences(t=13.850,13.160,8.802,51.632,P<0.05).Compared with control group,the positive detection rates of AMH,FSH,LH,E2 in study group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with single detection of AMH,the value of AMH combined with sex hormones in ovarian function evaluation in infertile patients was higher.Conclusion AMH combined with sex hormones has a certain predictive value for ovarian function of infertility patients.
