摘要
现有的泥浆泵不能有效满足顶板高位φ200 mm及以上钻孔一次性成孔的需求,该需求主要表现为大流量、高压力的钻井动力介质和设备性能高可靠性等。采用大功率钻探设备集成化的设计理念,进行了泥浆泵单元、液压控制系统以及整车布局等设计,研发了BLY1000/16型煤矿井下钻探用泥浆泵车,主要配套大功率定向钻机用于顶板高位大直径钻孔施工。该泥浆泵车能自行走,移运便捷、集成度高。现场工业性试验表明:BLY1000/16型煤矿井下钻探用泥浆泵车可靠、高效地输出大流量、高压力的钻井液,满足了煤矿井下一次性大直径高位孔成孔的需求,有效保障了用于以孔代巷的大直径高位孔施工。
Existing mud pump can't effectively meet the requirements of one-time drilling with a diameter of 200 mm and high-position at the top board.These demands mainly include high flow,high pressure drilling power medium,high reliability of equipment performance,etc.Used the integrated design concept of high-power drlling equipment,and carried out the design of mud pump unit,hydraulic control system and the overall vehicle layout.Developed the BLY1000/16 type mud pump vehicle for underground coal mine drilling,which is mainly used to support high-power directional drilling rig for large-diameter drlling construction at high-position of the top board.This mud pump vehicle can move independently,is convenient for transportation and has a high degree of integration.Industrial field tests show that the BLY1000/16 type mud pump vehicle for underground coal mine drilling can reliably and efficiently output high flow and high-pressure drlling fluid,which meets the needs of one-time drilling with large-diameter at high-positions in coal mine and effectively ensures the construction of large-diameter high-position hole for replacing roadway with hole.
