摘要
语言资源是从资源科学观察、研究语言的结果,是语言研究的视角之一。语言资源的发展在于满足社会需求。数字经济以数字化信息与知识为关键要素,以数字技术为驱动力,以提升经济效率、优化产业结构、推进社会治理为目标。数字经济为语言资源研究、开发提供了机遇。语言资源在数字经济中的作用主要包括:基于语言资源挖掘的知识,可以辅助决策,也能以符号匹配推送、关联信息推送的方式,预测用户偏好;基于语言资源训练的模型,可以优化外贸领域的无障碍环境,可以解决汉语方言区老年人就医中的语言问题;语言资源及其产品可用于社会治理。
Language resource is the result of language study based on Resource Science,and offers one of the language study perspectives.The development of language resource needs to meet the social demands.Digital economy contributes to the economy efficiency promotion,economy structure optimization and social governance promotion with digital information and technology,which provides opportunities for language resource research and development.I anguage resource contributes to the digital economy in the following ways:knowledge mined based on language resource can assist decision-making,and predict user preferences by products push based on symbol matching and the correlation information.The model based on language resource training can contribute to the optimization of barrier-free environment of external trade,and solve the language communication issues during the health care of the elderly patients.Language resource and its products can be used for social governance.
