摘要
通过丁腈橡胶的添加对花生壳液化树脂泡沫进行增韧改性,采用旋转流变仪、红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪对改性物进行了分析表征,研究了丁腈橡胶添加量对泡沫材料粉化率、冲击韧性、压缩强度等的影响。结果表明:丁腈橡胶的添加可以增强树脂的韧性;丁腈橡胶与花生壳液化树脂共混体系的流动性较好;丁腈橡胶改性后泡沫出现部分开孔结构,闭孔率明显降低,泡沫的孔径变小且分布更加均匀;改性泡沫未出现新的特征峰,增韧机理表现为物理增韧,即通过引入丁腈橡胶在泡沫中形成弹性相来提高韧性,达到增韧的效果;丁腈橡胶添加量为4%时,改性后的泡沫综合性能最佳。此时,泡沫的粉化率降低了54.86%,冲击韧性提高了31.02%,压缩强度提高了20.74%,表观密度提高了17.10%,隔声性能提高了28.95%,残碳率达到57%以上。
The foam of peanut shell liquefied resin was toughened by adding nitrile rubber(NBR).The modified material was analyzed and characterized by rotary rheometer,infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,and thermogravimetric analyzer.The effects of the addition amount of NBR on the pulverization rate,impact toughness,and compression strength of the foam materials were studied.The results showed that the addition of NBR could enhance the toughness of the resin.The blending system of NBR and peanut shell liquefied resin had a good flowability.After NBR modification,the foam exhibited a partially open cell structure,the closed cell ratio decreased significantly,and the pore size became smaller and more evenly distributed.No new characteristic peaks appeared in the modified foam,and the toughening mechanism was physical toughening,that is,the toughening effect was achieved by introducing NBR to form an elastic phase in the foam.When the content of NBR was 4%,the modified foam had the best comprehensive performance.At this time,the pulverization rate of the foam decreased by 54.86%,the impact toughness increased by 31.02%,the compression strength increased by 20.74%,the apparent density increased by 17.10%,the sound insulation performance increased by 28.95%,and the carbon residue rate reached more than 57%.
