高职院校数字技能人才培养的实践路径

The Practical Path of Cultivating Digital Skilled Talents in Vocational Colleges

摘要 公民数字素养是“数字中国”建设的基础,而数字技能人才则是数字经济创新发展的关键驱动力。新时代职业教育个性化人才培养的关键在于数字素养与数字技能的培养。但是,目前的高职院校数字技能人才培养存在数字基础设施与环境地区之间不均衡,优质数字教学资源供给与学生个性化需求失衡,教师队伍的数字素养与差异化“教”的诉求存在鸿沟等问题。应构建数字技能人才培养生态系统,开发多元化数字教学资源,创新产教融合数字技能实践模式,建设结构化教师教学创新团队,创新个性化数字技能人才培养模式,以提高数字技能人才培养的质量。 Citizen digital literacy is the foundation of the construction of“Digital China”.Digital skilled talents are the key driving force for the innovative development of the digital economy.The key to cultivating personalized talents in vocational education in the new era lies in the cultivation of digital literacy and digital skills.However,there is an imbalance between the digital infrastructure and environmental regions in cultivating digital skilled talents in vocational colleges currently,an imbalance between the supply of fine digital teaching resources and the personalized needs of students,and a gap between the digital literacy of the teaching staff and the appeal for differentiated“teaching”.We should build an eco-system for cultivating digital skilled talents,develop diversified digital teaching resources,innovate the practice model of integrating industry and education with digital skills,build a structured teaching innovation team for teachers and innovate personalized training model for digital skilled talents,so as to promote the cultivation quality of digital skilled talents.
