摘要
为了提高建筑工程施工的经济性和节能减排效果,实现建筑工程设计方案的综合价值,以建筑设计为切入点,围绕实际工程,分析了应用绿色建筑技术与建筑设计优化结合的要点。绿色建筑技术在建筑设计中的应用,显著提高了建筑的节能降耗水平,突出了建筑工程的经济性优势。研究发现,在建筑设计过程中,设计人员要立足于建筑功能定位,结合绿色建筑设计理念,从建筑布局、节能材料使用、保温设计、节能设计、新能源利用、室内环境设计等多个角度入手,突出绿色建筑技术的应用,才能提高建筑工程项目的综合效益。
In order to improve the economic efficiency and energy-saving and emission reduction effects of construction projects,and realize the comprehensive value of building design schemes,this article takes building design as the starting point and analyzes the key points of combining green building technology with building design optimization around actual projects.The application of green building technology in architectural design has significantly improved the level of energy conservation and consumption reduction in buildings,highlighting the economic advantages of construction projects.Research has found that in the process of architectural design,designers should focus on the positioning of building functions,combine with the concept of green building design,and start from multiple perspectives such as building layout,energy-saving material use,insulation design,energy-saving design,new energy utilization,and indoor environmental design,highlighting the application of green building technology in order to improve the comprehensive benefits of construction projects.
