摘要 【目的】开展高层建筑工程安全风险评价,为制定各项风险管控措施提供重要依据。【方法】以甘肃省兰州市某高层建筑工程项目为例,从人为因素、物料因素、管理因素和环境因素四个方面筛选12个指标因素构建安全风险评价指标体系,基于模糊综合模型开展项目安全风险评价。【结果】管理因素对高层建筑工程项目安全风险影响程度最大。施工现场环境、安全事故处理、安全防护设施和作业安全意识四个指标因素是影响该项目安全风险管理的主控因素。【结论】该高层建筑工程项目的安全风险等级为高风险,应积极采取切实有效的管控措施尽可能降低项目安全风险。 [Purposes]This paper aims to carry out safety risk assessment of high-rise building engineer⁃ing to provide important basis for formulating various risk control measures.[Methods]Taking a highrise building project in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province as an example,the safety risk assessment index system is constructed by screening 12 index factors from four aspects,including human factors,material factors,management factors and environmental factors,and the project safety risk assessment is carried out based on the fuzzy comprehensive model.[Findings]Management factors have the greatest impact on the safety risk of high-rise building projects.Construction site environment,safety accident handling,safety protection facilities and operation safety awareness are the main factors affecting the safety risk management of the project.[Conclusions]The safety risk level of the high-rise building project is high risk,and effective management and control measures should be actively adopted to reduce the project safety risk as much as possible.
