摘要
L80-13Cr不锈钢在含氯介质中常发生不同程度的腐蚀。我们评估了载荷对L80-13Cr不锈钢腐蚀敏感性的影响规律,并探讨了该现象的成因。我们通过体视显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了在Cl-浓度为5000mg/L的MgCl_(2)溶液中载荷对L80-13Cr不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果显示,载荷的增加加速了试样的腐蚀现象:随着载荷增加,在相同条件下试样表面出现更多的腐蚀位点和腐蚀坑,并且腐蚀区域扩大。同时,试样表面出现更多细小的腐蚀产物颗粒和微裂纹,腐蚀产物由Fe_(2)O_(3)转变为FeS_(2)和NiO。去除腐蚀产物后,试样表面腐蚀坑密集且面积增大,从截面观察到受载荷大的样品的表面粗糙度增加。
Under stress,corrosion often occurs in L80-13Cr stainless steel.We evaluated the influence of different stresses on the corrosion susceptibility of L80-13Cr stainless steel and explored the causes of this phenomenon.Using metallographic microscopy,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction,we investigated the effect of loading on the corrosion behavior of L80-13Cr stainless steel in an MgCl_(2)solution with a Cl-concentration of 5000mg/L.The results showed that increasing the load accelerated the corrosion of the samples.With increasing load under the same conditions,more corrosion sites and pits appeared,and the corroded area expanded.The surfaces of the samples exhibited more tiny corrosion particles and microcracks,and the corrosion products transformed from Fe_(2)O_(3)to FeS_(2)and NiO.After removing the corrosion products,the number and size of corrosion pits on the sample surfaces increased,and the surface roughness of the corrosion layer observed in crosssections also increased.
