摘要
目的调查重症医学科(intensive care unit,ICU)护士血管导管相关感染(vessel catheter associated infection,VCAI)预防与控制知识的现状,为提高ICU护理质量提供改进依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取2022年11—12月厦门大学附属第一医院ICU 60名在职护士作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、VCAI预防与控制知识现状调查表和学习情况调查表对其进行调查,并调查2020—2022年ICU的VCAI发生率。结果60名护士VCAI预防与控制知识总得分为10~27分,平均(20.57±3.50)分,平均得分率为76.18%,处于中等水平,各维度知识掌握水平不等。2020年发生1例VCAI,发生率为3.19‰;2021年发生2例VCAI,发生率分别为2.52‰、2.91‰;2022年未发生VCAI。结论ICU护士对VCAI知识掌握程度处于中等水平,应进一步加强对护士相关知识的培训和考核,规范操作流程,提高ICU护理质量。
Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge on prevention and control of vessel catheter associated infection(VCAI)in intensive care unit(ICU)nurses,and to provide evidence for improving the quality of nursing in the ICU.Methods A total of 60 in-service nurses from ICU,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected by convenience sampling method from November to December 2022.The general information questionnaire,the knowledge status of VCAI prevention and control questionnaire and the learning questionnaire were used to investigate the nurses.The incidence of VCAI in ICU from 2020 to 2022 was investigated.Results The total score of the 60 nurses'knowledge of prevention and control of VCAI ranged from 10 to 27 points,and the average score was(20.57±3.50)points.The average score rate was 76.18%,which was in the medium level.In 2020,there was one case of VCAI with an incidence of 3.19‰.In 2021,2 cases of VCAI occurred,with the incidence of 2.52‰and 2.91‰,respectively.No VCAI occurred in 2022.Conclusion ICU nurses'knowledge of VCAI is at a medium level,so it is necessary to strengthen the training and assessment of nurses'knowledge,standardize the operation process,and improve the quality of ICU nursing.
