不同层级护士心理资本对工作投入及工作效率的影响

The effect of psychological capital on work involvement and work efficiency of nurses at different levels

摘要 目的探讨不同层级护士心理资本对工作投入及工作效率的影响。方法选取天津市武清区三级医院所有在职护士作为研究对象来源,并在N0、N1、N2和N3四个层级各选取140例,共560例,对比各层级护士的心理资本评分和工作投入评分,并判断心理资本评分和工作投入评分的相关性。结果N0层级护士心理资本和工作投入评分最高,N1层级护士心理资本和工作投入评分排在第二位,N3层级护士心理资本和工作投入评分第三位,N2层级护士心理资本和工作投入评分最低(P<0.05)。各层级护士心理资本与工作投入之间存在相关性。结论不同层级护士心理资本对工作投入有着显著的影响,护士心理资本评分越高,工作投入评分则越高。 Objective To explore the effects of psychological capital on work involvement and work efficiency of nurses at different levels.Methods All in-service nurses in tertiary hospitals in the district were selected as the research objects,and 140 nurses were selected from N0,N1,N2 and N3 levels,a total of 560 cases.The psychological capital score and job engagement score of nurses at each level were compared,and the correlation between psychological capital score and job engagement score was judged.Results The scores of psychological capital and work involvement of nurses at N0 level were the highest,those at N1 level ranked the second,those at N3 level ranked the third,and those at N2 level were the lowest(P<0.05).There was a correlation between psychological capital and job involvement of nurses at all levels.Conclusion The psychological capital of nurses at different levels has a significant effect on job involvement.The higher the psychological capital score,the higher the job involvement score.
