摘要
目的:探析针刺联合脑循环治疗仪在脑瘫患儿疾病治疗中的应用效果及有效性。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年10月南阳市中心医院收治的70例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用电脑筛除法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),分别施以针刺、针刺联合脑循环治疗仪的方式。比较两组患儿运动水平和肌肉张力等指标及疗效。结果:干预后,观察组患者反射、移动、实物操作、姿势、AEMG等指标评分数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.7888、4.0746、2.4105、4.7351、5.1763,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.7863,P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿脑瘫在临床中以针刺和脑循环治疗仪联合的手段进行治疗,可以减轻患儿痉挛程度,有利于患儿运动能力和肌肉能力的恢复,疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:The children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from November 2020 to October 2021,70 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)with computer screening method.Control group received acupuncture,and observation group received acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic instrument treatment.The motor level and muscle tension of the two groups were compared.The efficacy of the treatment was also evaluated.Results:After intervention,the scores of reflexes,movement,physical operation,posture and AEMG in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.7888,4.0746,2.4105,4.7351,5.1763;P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.7863,P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,children with cerebral palsy are treated with acupuncture and cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus.It can reduce the degree of convulsion in children,and it is beneficial to the recovery of children’s motor ability and muscle ability.The clinical efficacy is significant.
