摘要
皮肤血红素测量仪是一种皮肤颜色测量仪器,对皮肤病学和美容学的研究具有重要意义。因此,为确保血红素指数的测量准确性,需对其进行定期校准。但目前未有相关的国家校准规范,一般参照JJG 595-2002《测色色差计检定规程》进行校准。本文以德国CK公司的黑色素和血红素测量仪Mexameter MX18为例,提出一种皮肤色板光谱反射率的测量方法,并对血红素指数定值进行校准。试验表明:该方法的准确性和稳定性较高,具有较高的可行性。
Skin heme measuring instrument is a kind of skin color measuring instrument,which is of great significance to the research of dermatology and cosmetology.Therefore,in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the heme index,it needs to be calibrated regularly.However,at present,there is no relevant national calibration standard,which is generally calibrated with reference to JJG 595-2002"Colorimeter Verification Regulations".Taking the melanin and heme measuring instrument Mexameter MX18 of CK company in Germany as an example,a method for measuring the spectral reflectance of skin color plate is proposed,and the heme index is calibrated.The experiment shows that the method has high accuracy,stability and feasibility.
