摘要
目的研究对高龄髋部骨折患者实施风险管理的效果。方法选取于2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的高龄髋部骨折患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,实施常规护理)和观察组(40例,实施风险护理管理),对比两组护理效果。结果治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分以及风险事件发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组髋关节功能量表(HHS)、Barthel指数量表评分以及患者对护理的满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对于髋部骨折老年患者采取风险管理更有利于防范护理风险事件的发生,同时规避不良因素影响,更有利于患者髋关节功能和生活能力的恢复,改善其睡眠质量和疼痛程度,全面提高患者的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of risk management on elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods Eighty cases of elderly hip fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,implementation of routine care)and the observation group(40 cases,implementation of risk-based care management)by using the method of randomized numerical table to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analog score(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and the incidence of risky events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);and after treatment,the Hip Function Scale(HHS),Barthel Index Scale scores,and the patient's satisfaction with the nursing care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Risk management for elderly patients with hip fractures is more conducive to preventing nursing risk events,avoiding adverse factors,restoring hip joint function and living ability,improving sleep quality and pain level,and comprehensively improving patient satisfaction.
